GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Beginning Gymnastics – Ages 5+
This class is perfect for athletes who are new to gymnastics or looking to build a strong foundation across all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Athletes will work on key skills such as:
Bridge-ups
Handstands
Forward and backward rolls
Basic strength and flexibility exercises
They will also be introduced to beginner-level beam walks, bar hangs and supports, and springboard drills.
Coaches focus on creating a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for gymnastics. This class sets the stage for continued progress in both tumbling and apparatus-based skills.
Intermediate Gymnastics – Ages 5+
Athletes must be able to hold a front support on bars, walk across the beam with control, and jump on the springboard with both feet together to enroll in this class. Intermediate Gymnastics builds on foundational skills and introduces more complex movements across all four events—vault, bars, beam, and floor. Athletes will work on:
Front walkovers
Back walkovers
Handstand, flat back on vault
Beam dismounts and tumbling
Pullovers on Bars
Back hip circles on bars
Coaches emphasize strength, flexibility, and technique while encouraging athletes to challenge themselves in a supportive environment. This class is ideal for gymnasts ready to take the next step in their skill development and overall performance.
Advanced Gymnastics – Ages 5+
Athletes must have a pullover on bars, a handstand flatback on vault, and a controlled dismount on beam to enroll in this class. Advanced Gymnastics is designed for athletes ready to tackle higher-level skills across all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. In this class, athletes will learn:
Front handsprings on vault
Leg cuts on bars
Squat-ons on bars
Beam tumbling combinations
Advanced floor tumbling
Coaches focus on refining technique, building power and consistency, and helping athletes connect multiple skills with confidence and control. This class provides a challenging yet encouraging environment where gymnasts can continue growing toward competitive-level readiness.
